High Performance Training

Join our elite golf academy to quickly improve your golf game. Have access to the best technology, coaches and holistic training to carve out a golf career, fast track access to a pro tour circuit and get the best results.

To join the squad, you must book in a comprehensive assessment with our Head Pro. If you’re accepted as an elite squad member, you join V18 Golf as a Platinum annual member. The elite squad runs during each school term. Squad members attend 2 compulsory weekly training sessions per week for 9-10 weeks. Squad members must also do Weekly 1 on 1 coaching sessions. Sessions include expert training and highly competitive tournaments.

Members have exclusive access to other high performance training sessions such as elite pro golfers chats, mindset training, caddie classes, branding and sponsorship training, nutrition, strength training, fitness as well as Elite camps and workshops with touring professionals.

All our coaches have been carefully selected to provide the best coaching experience. All our coaches have a level 2 or degree in TrackMan as well as having wide-ranging coaching experience on the course. They have extensive TrackMan simulator knowledge, expertise and experience in TrackMan golf coaching. Our coaches will help you get the results you deserve.

Join one of our regular golf mindset training sessions to help you better manage your mindset on and off the course. Discover simple mindset strategies that will help you improve your handicap by 4-8 shots swiftly. One on one and group sessions are available. Elite academy members have regular mindset sessions during term.

Joining forces with Nex Level, you can develop a personalised fitness program targeted to your specific goals and targets. Join one of the fitness or yoga classes for some cross training. Enquire now about the best fitness program to meet your needs.

As a V18 Golf member, you can visit the exclusive Nex Level recovery centre to speed up recovery after a hard golf or fitness session. Ask about our exclusive specials and memberships options for access to gym, yoga classes, infra-red sauna, Hydro magnesium Spa, Cryotherapy, Hydroxy therapy, Oxygen therapy Norma Tec and floatation tank.
